任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业 2. 熟悉 Python/C++，了解PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架 3. 具备大模型应用开发经验，熟悉AI Agent架构 4. 具备以下至少两项经验优先： ● 对推理框架（DeepSpeed、vLLM等）有实践，能进行推理性能优化 ● 调用或封装 OpenAI / Llama / 通义千问等大模型接口，进行应用集成 ● LLM Prompt 设计、RAG（检索增强生成）方案落地 ● 搭建向量检索+知识库+大模型的端到端问答系统或 Copilot 类应用 ● 具备音视频 / 多模态算法相关经验，例如 ASR、TTS 、多语种翻译 、声纹识别、人脸检测等 ● 在ACL/EMNLP/ICML等顶会发表Agent相关论文 5. 具备优秀的逻辑思维、沟通协作和抗压能力，对新技术充满热情，乐于在快速变化的环境中持续学习与成长。
工作职责
1. 构建会议AI算法工程体系（评测系统、监控系统、标注系统、AI Agent架构） 2. 会议AI基础模型的接入和优化（模型调研、训练和推理，算法工程建设） 3. AI产品的功能完善，智能化提升（AI听记、会议AI助理等线上产品的开发） 4. AI解决方案的设计和应用落地（找到具有客户价值的落地场景，真正为客户解决问题）
