任职要求 1. 5 年以上 AI 芯片/加速软件、编译器、深度学习框架或系统软件相关的产品管理或研发经验，有完整 AI 芯片软件栈产品定义、路标规划或软件产品线管理经验者优先； 2. 深入理解 AI 芯片软件栈，至少精通其中一层：编译器与工具链（LLVM/MLIR/Triton、图优化、算子自动生成）、运行时/驱动/算子库（Runtime、Kernel、数学/通信库）、框架适配与模型使能（PyTorch/TensorFlow/ONNX 等），或 DevTools/Profiler 与 SDK； 3. 了解AI芯片软件栈的多种技术路线及其取舍，包括兼容\迁移主流软件生态（如CUDA、ROCm等）、自研编译器与算子库、基于MLIR/Triton/XLA/torch.compile的开放编译与DSL路线、以及面向大模型的推理引擎与服务化路线等；能评估不同路线在生态兼容…
