工作描述
任职要求 1. 计算机、人工智能等相关专业硕士或博士在读； 2. 熟练掌握 Python和主流深度学习框架，具备良好系统实现能力； 3. 对大模型、智能体、强化学习、数据智能有浓厚兴趣，能独立阅读论文并复现核心思想； 4. 每周可实习 ≥4 天，持续 3 个月以上，鼓励长期投入。 加分项： 1. 有大语言模型、数据智能相关的项目/实习经验； 2. 在 ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、SIGMOD、VLDB 等相关顶级会议发表过论文； 3. 获得 ACM 编程 或 ML/NLP/CV 相关竞赛奖项； 4. 参与过知名开源项目，或为开源框架/算法的主要贡献者； 5. 熟悉分布式计算、LLM 应用或…
