工作职责
1. 深入理解业务需求，为招聘、培训、绩效管理等人力资源工作提供专业支持，以促进业务与人力资源的深度融合； 2. 根据业务发展，设计并优化人力资源服务方案，提升组织效能，确保人力资源政策在业务部门的顺利实施； 3. 与业务部门紧密合作，洞察员工需求，制定并实施人才发展计划，助力业务目标达成； 4. 负责区域内员工关系管理，解决员工问题，提升员工满意度，营造良好的企业文化氛围； 5. 定期进行人力资源数据分析，为业务决策提供数据支持，推动人力资源管理的持续优化； 6. 与团队共同协作，通过跨区域沟通，确保项目顺利实施，达成团队目标。

We seek to hire an HR Manager – Alibaba Cloud, who will be a key member of the growing international HR team supporting Alibaba Cloud’s rapid expansion around the world. Job Description： ● Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc. ● Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region ● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately. ● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees ● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers ● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments. ● Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
1.对接IT产研业务，深入了解所负责部门业务与人员发展状况，促进HR相关工作在部门的有效规划和实施； 2.协助业务部门完成人才规划，通过开拓招聘渠道、提升面试技能等途径，完成部门的人员招聘目标； 3.结合组织发展阶段和业务诉求开展人才盘点、人才培养发展等工作； 4.定期同业务部门员工进行沟通，了解其思想状况，关注核心员工动态； 5.协助业务经理进行人才管理、团队与文化建设，确保公司文化在所属业务领域的落地。
