任职要求
1、3年-5年信用卡中心、消费金融行业、互联金融行业风险管理相关工作经验 2、具备较好的数据挖掘能力，通过数据挖掘给风险及客户管理提出相关建议 3、熟悉风险模型算法，如逻辑回归、决策树、随机森林、聚类、GBDT等算法模型，并对在不同场景的组合应用有一定经验 4、精通SQL, Python，Excel 等统计软件，有较强的学习能力、问题解决能力 符合京东价值观：客户为先、创新、拼搏、担当、感恩、诚信。
工作职责
1、了解风控策略框架，可以落地设计贷前贷后准入/额度/定价策略 2、搭建、完善风险监控体系，并根据监控结果对风险策略进行灵活调整及定期优化 3、基于互联网/外部征信等海量数据，从购物、浏览、信贷等多维度挖掘刻画用户画像，指导客户授信、额度策略相关优化方向 4、配合业务进行产品/授信创新，在保障风险可控前提下，持续优化产品体验，提升获客效率
