【岗位概述】 通过升级在线客服系统端技术能力，扩展系统功能并提升客服场景能力复用，实现业务需求交付，保障在满足业务快速发展过程中系统的稳定高效运行，推动用户体验升级与客服智能化战略落地。 【岗位职责】 1. 策略制定 参与客服域移动端架构设计与技术选型，建立客服域移动端iOS/Android/Harmony开发规范与能力标准，确保亿级用户场景下的系统稳定性，满足业务快速发展需求交付。 2. 项目攻坚 主导核心功能的需求分析、系统设计与开发工作，利用行业领先的产品/技术方案提升业务转化，并独立完成模块的开发与维护； 负责iOS/Android/Harmony应用的包体管理、性能优化、内存管理及稳定性保障，持续提升用户体验； 编写高质量、可维护的代码，参与代码审查，确保代码规范与项目质量。 3. 创新探索 研究端侧一码多端及AIGC平台技术，试点客服业务跨端架构升级及场景AIGC生成覆盖，储备下一代需求交付技术能力。
