任职要求 任职要求： 1、计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、控制等相关专业背景。 2、熟悉强化学习基本算法，如 PPO、SAC、TD3、DQN、Offline RL、RLHF/RLAIF 等。 3、熟悉机器人控制、仿真训练、策略学习或大模型后训练者优先。 4、具备 Python/PyTorch 编程能力，有良好的实验设计和工程实现能力。 5、有 Isaac Gym、MuJoCo、Genesis、ManiSkill、RoboSuite、Gymnasium 等仿真平台经验者优先。 6、在强化学习、机器人学习、控制等方向发表高水平论文或有落地经验者优先。 符合京东价值观：客户为先、创新、拼搏、担当、感恩、诚信。 工作职责 部门介…
