任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数学/统计学等相关专业； 2.至少1年以上AIAgent系统部署与架构设计的实战经验，熟悉Agent相关技术栈（如LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen、CrewAI等）的底层原理与工程实践； 3.具备良好的系统设计能力，能够从全局视角思考问题，参与设计高可用、可扩展、低延迟的AIAgent系统，熟悉多智能体协作（Multi-Agent）、自我演进（Self-evolving）等先进范式； 4.在以下至少两个领域有深入研究或项目经验：RAG（检索增强生成）、强化学习（RL）、多智能体系统（Multi-AgentSystems）、复杂任务规划与分解（Tas…
