工作描述
任职要求
1. 具备AI编译器框架开发能力，能够基于MLIR/TVM/Triton等框架独立完成编译优化、代码生成及任务调度模块的设计与实现；
2. 拥有AI算子性能优化经验，能够针对模型关键算子在GPU/NPU等异构芯片上进行性能瓶颈定位与编译策略调优，提升硬件利用率；
3. 具备系统性问题拆解能力，能够从执行效率或硬件适配问题中定位编译前端、中端优化或后端代码生成的根因，并设计可验证的改进方案；
