工作职责
- Drive new business development across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, owning pipeline generation and revenue targets for the assigned territory - Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, and inbound leads from the Qoder website and Alibaba Cloud Marketplace - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure - Build and maintain relationships with enterprise decision-makers (CTO, VP of Engineering, IT Directors) - Deliver product demos and technical presentations for Qoder IDE, Qoder CLI, and QoderWork, tailored to customer use cases - Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points (e.g., legacy modernization, developer productivity, workflow automation) and design solutions accordingly - Support Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot engagements, working closely with product and engineering teams - Collaborate with cloud marketplace partners (e.g., Alibaba Cloud) to capture and convert joint opportunities, including PDSA technical consulting - Develop territory-specific go-to-market strategies and build partner/channel ecosystems - Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product positioning and roadmap - Represent Qoder at industry events, meetups, and conferences in the region

1. 负责参与阿里云智能&ATH 事业群对客的 App 客户端开发工作，打造优质的面向开发者/企业/Prosumer 的云计算与 AI 服务平台； 2. 参与 Android/iOS 双端一致的客户端架构设计与实现，推动架构演进以解决大规模并发下的系统稳定性问题； 3. 快速构建 AI Agent/Skills 体系能力，实现开发及业务提效； 4. 参与团队基础技术建设，利用 AI 思维提升团队研发效能与质量，并沉淀对应的 AI 能力。
1、负责ATH网站业务运营的研发支撑工作，构建适合业务快速迭代的平台能力； 2、对业务场景保持敏锐，快速熟悉业务流程并理解业务痛点，对产品需求进行沟通、分析，完成技术方案的制定，核心系统及模块的设计与研发，驱动产品快速迭代； 3、快速构建AI Agent/Skills 体系能力，实现开发及业务提效； 4、设计AI业务应用开发的技术规范与最佳实践，提升团队整体AI工程化水平。
