任职要求
1、5年以上次时代模型制作经验,精通各类模型制作; 2、对风格化模型制作有准确理解,有扎实的绘画技巧和良好的色彩感 ; 3、熟练掌握3dmax/maya,Zbrush,SubstanceDesigner/Painter等相关制作软件 ,熟悉Unity引擎工作流程 ; 4、具有较强责任感和良好沟通技巧,有较强团队意识。
工作职责
1、保持与策划/设计/TA等相关职能紧密合作沟通,输出场景模型制作模板和规范,确保资产按照规格制作并且风格统一,最终进入引擎以最优表现顺畅运行; 2、根据游戏设定制作高品质3D场景模型资产,做出高于原画的视觉呈现; 3、可以输出高质量SD程序化贴图 ; 4、外包供应商的对接管理,制定相关标准、审核验收,确保外包在规定时间内有高品质产出 ;
