任职要求
1. 2以上前端开发经验，有完整移动端项目经验。 2. 精通 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript，熟悉 ES6+新特性，具备扎实的前端基础能力。 3. 熟悉 Vue2/3、React 或其他主流前端框架，优先vue，有实际项目落地经验。 4. 有丰富的移动端适配经验(如响应式布局、Flex:viewport、rem/vw 方案、媒体查询等)，能针对不同终端做性能与体验优化。 5. 熟悉前端工程化、模块化开发，Webpack、Vite、Rollup 等构建工具。 6. 熟悉前端常用调试、性能分析工具，了解首屏优化、懒加载、资源预加载等性能优化方案。 加分项： 1.Canvas、WebGL、PixiS 或其他小游戏引擎，有小游戏、互动玩法项目经验者优先。 2.有独立负责过完整H5项目的经验，或有上线作品可展示者优先。
工作职责
1. 负责公司核心H5页面、活动页、pc后台管理、小游戏玩法等产品的开发与维护，持续优化用户体验。 2. 主导移动端适配方案设计，解决多机型、多浏览器兼容性问题，保障性能与稳定性。 3. 参与小型互动玩法、H5小游戏、营销活动等创新项目的前端架构设计与技术实现。
