工作职责
1、 负责效果行业品牌客户的开发和管理，快消大健康行业优先录用，完成并超越公司设定的销售任务； 2、 拥有一定的客户资源，并能根据公司媒体特征，积极主动开发、跟进、维护相关大客户，引导大客户需求； 3、 综合分析市场趋势和需求变化，提供竞争对手和客户反馈的准确信息，为公司产品和战略的改进提供建议。
1.根据部门主管分配，作为指定生产基地内空间管理负责人，协助部门空间管理负责人推动空间管理履行项目全过程的管理职能，确保项目的高质量交付； 2.协助设计经理/部门空间管理负责人，推动各专业/空间管理团队完成经验教训的检讨，持续改进项目流程和管理工具，并确保各改善方案充分输入到项目执行及部门工程标准文档中； 3.协助设计经理推动项目各专业/空间管理团队，探索并引入前沿技术、管理技术体系，提升专业能力，为整个项目提供技术指导及解决方案； 4.作为项目的设计协调负责人/空间管理负责人组织必要的跨专业、跨部门、跨企业会议，协助设计经理/部门空间管理负责人确保解决方案及时落地、空间管理工作顺利完成。
The Role: Tesla’s Supplier Industrialization team is responsible for critical component development and qualification activities at suppliers. The job involves communicating well with internal and external teams, traveling to suppliers in different regions, and on-the-spot critical decision making. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SIE to ensure that PCB, VSH and CCS (Cells Contact System) from our suppliers meet our stringent quality, reliability, and regulatory standards, and will collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain. Responsibilities of The Role: • Supplier Quality Assurance: -Ensure PCB, VSH and CCS meet specified quality, reliability, and regulatory standards. -Partner with suppliers to improve quality processes and resolve issues. -Monitor and analyze supplier quality metrics to identify improvement areas. • Audit and Assessment: -Conduct on-site audits of suppliers to assess quality systems and processes. -Evaluate conformance to industry standards and identify non-conformities. -Develop corrective action plans and follow up on implementations. • Issue Resolution: -Serve as primary contact for supplier quality issues of PCB, VSH and CCS. -Analyze root causes of non-conformities and recommend solutions. -Lead implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Collaboration and Communication: -Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Procurement) on PCB\VSH\CCS sourcing and assess supply chain risks and mitigation strategies. -Communicate with suppliers on quality expectations and feedback. • Continuous Improvement: -Identify quality trends and suggest process improvements. -Lead cost reduction and efficiency projects in the supply chain.
