工作职责
1. 负责营销领域个性化推荐和相关推荐算法的方案设计和实施，主导模型优化和迭代流程； 2. 对实验数据进行处理和分析，发现现有系统和算法的不足，提出改进并推动实现 3. 了解行业前沿算法模型，引入推荐业务中
