1、网络规划：对能源（加油站、充电站）市场有一定了解，对目标投资城市/行政区/商圈的市场研判，制定项目组开发优先顺序及在各市场的开发策略。同时，积极根据项目组需求研究新市场，为新区域开发提供投资建议。 2、市场追踪：围绕项目组能源业务搜集行业及市场讯息，建立全面详实的信息资料库、及时更新业务核心数据或假设，为部门工作提供导向支持、为项目组业务发展提供前瞻建议。 3、目标加油站、充电站研判：对商务提报的潜力项⽬（加油站、充电站）及周边商圈进行调查研究，统筹管理项目投资流程。包括不限于项目定位评级、经济性测算、法务财务风险预判、撰写项目投资报告并协同各部门进行项目现场评估，最终完成项目投资为项目组筛选符合公司网络规划且盈利能力优秀的项目提供专业支持和建议； 4、招拍挂信息收集：定期收集可建设加油站、充电站的招拍挂地块信息，研究相关政策趋势； 5、业务标准化及商业模式优化：参与制定和优化项目组投资标准流程、合同模板、场站分级、分析工具等；整合项目组资源，构思优化商业模式； 6、投资后回顾：对已签约并投营项目进行深度分析及投后回顾，分析前期预测盈利性达成情况并根据具体情况提出在营项目运营提升计划及未来其他项目的投资建议。
1、开展游戏、影视行业趋势研究，挖掘高潜力投资标的； 2、负责项目筛选与评估，根据定量、定性评价模型/标准，分析并评估游戏玩法、影视IP等核心价值； 3、参与交易全流程，包括尽调、风险核查及交易结构设计与谈判； 4、监控投后指标并整合资源，提升被投项目商业化表现；
1、协助投资团队进行行业和公司研究； 2、专研最新技术内核，并结合商业落地； 3、支持投资项目的尽调调查，包括数据收集、分析和报告撰写; 4、配合其他同事日常投资研究等工作。
