1.硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2.熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练掌握Python/C++语言； 3.关注深度学习、机器学习、数据挖掘、NLP、CV等领域的进展； 4.具有较强编程实现能力，对相关技术领域具有敏锐的洞察力和较强的学习能力，能积极应对有挑战性的工作； 5.乐观积极，具有良好的团队合作精神和较强的沟通意识和能力。 加分项 1.有相关项目经验 or 顶会发表论文 or ACM/ICPC 等比赛获奖。
工作职责
1.参与微信小店场景内搜索全链路优化 (召回/粗排/精排/混排/相关性/体验/生态等)； 2.探索最前沿的搜索/推荐技术(如大规模流式CTR预估等)； 3.建设搜索引擎核心能力(如结构化内容理解、系统架构升级等)。
