1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2.1年以上Linux/Unix后台开发工作经验，有推荐系统开发经验者优先； 3.精通C/C++开发语言、常用算法和数据结构，具备扎实的编程基础； 4.熟悉TCP/UDP协议网络编程编程、shell脚本，能够熟练运用相关技术； 5.具有高并发、高性能服务系统设计经验及能力，能够应对复杂业务场景； 6.有海量服务、高性能、分布式系统设计及开发经验者优先； 7.良好的学习能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力、分析问题解决问题能力，责任心强。 加分项 1.有大型平台的推荐系统开发经验。
工作职责
1.负责微信小店的推荐系统后台工作，深入参与微信小店在各场景下的推荐业务； 2.针对业务特性，持续优化推荐链路性能； 3.共同参与产品设计，负责新特性的后台系统设计与实现，保障系统的稳定运行。
