项目管理/工商管理/市场营销等相关专业本科,MBA或硕士优先;
5年以上游戏/互联网/科技行业战略运营、商业分析或项目管理经验。持有PMP、敏捷认证或其他项目管理认证者更佳;
主动型问题解决者,有推动业务突破、促成系统性优化及推广最佳实践的能力与经验,擅长处理复杂合作关系;
拥有管理多项目管线的项目管理经验,能在复杂环境中推动协作、对齐目标与解决问题;
熟悉流程和预算管理、资源配置及ROI分析,具备扎实的财务分析能力和商业思维;
具备与全球和区域市场营销和发行团队协作的经验。熟悉游戏发行生态、区域发行模式及跨文化协作;
深刻理解最新全球游戏行业趋势,熟悉不同的商业模式、平台、区域发展等动态,对游戏有热情。

工作职责


我们的PMO经理将负责推动全面的发行管线管理及支持策略,确保Level Infinite发行业务中重点产品的成功。该职位需要支持部门负责人统筹和项目管理重点项目的市场营销工作,保障跨团队协作,管理关键举措进展,并推动部门战略与运营目标的执行落地。

​​职位描述​​
发行管线项目管理​​:支持团队负责人管理项目优先级和整体目标;制定和落实多项目管理策略并持续优化资源分配方案;与业务团队对齐目标,持续识别风险与优化机会,跟踪进度并确保交付成果;
重点项目支持:协助市场负责人制定全球化GTM策略,解决高优先级问题,拆解目标并推动全链路的执行落地,沉淀最佳实践;
协调重点合作:推动重点发行产品的跨部门协作,密切协同内外部相关方,包括研发工作室、区域发行团队、数据与技术团队及运营团队等;
系统流程运作:优化现有的营销支持流程,搭建符合项目需求和战略规划的运作流程和系统,形成明确的资源投入标准和指引;
资源管理复盘:确保有效的预算管理及效果监控,协同市场负责人制定投入策略。建立预算跟踪体系包括可视化看板和报告等,支持资源ROI分析与管理层决策;
合作方管理: 建立与高层及总部团队(涵盖战略、流程、财务、法务、商务及研究等部门)的高效沟通机制,管理领导层进度汇报、内部沟通渠道,承担关键职能对接接口;
市场能力沉淀:整合全球与区域市场范围的营销经验和最佳实践,推动方法论在发行组织内规模化应用,持续迭代腾讯海外发行方法论。
