PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manage the Offer Creation Project from initiation until project closure；新产品开发项目从启动到关闭的管理。 Deliver the offer to satisfy the business case in accordance with the committed goals: customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, product & project costs；完成客户满意和质量、上市时间、产品和项目成本三个目标来实现商业案例 REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions. 管理所有项目活动的开发，从启动到结束，覆盖所有职能范围。 2. Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project. 与项目团队一起制定项目管理计划并在项目开发周期内保持更新 3. Define & manage the project budget, resources, and schedule. 界定和管理项目预算、资源和时间计划 4. Organize, lead and motivate the project team and synchronize the team with the other teams. 组织、带领和激励项目团队，并做好项目团队与其他团队的协作 5. Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives 挑战个职能部门，使其对项目目标承担责任 6. Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time 在正确的时间点，组织带领项目层级的决策流程 7. Apply risk management techniques to identify the risks and issues, and implement effective risk response plans 使用风险管理技巧识别风险和问题，并实时有效的风险应对计划 8. Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in the event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions 管理整体项目规划，组织仲裁，并在偏离时提出并实施纠正措施 9. Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis 定期向管理层汇报项目评估和状态

协助资深项目经理完成项目全过程管理，包括需求调研、方案设计、进度跟进、交付与验收。 Assist senior project managers in end-to-end project management, including requirement gathering, solution design, progress tracking, and delivery acceptance. 组织和协调跨部门会议，撰写会议纪要并跟进落实，确保项目顺利推进。 Coordinate and organize cross-functional meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure smooth project execution. 制定和跟踪项目计划，及时识别风险并推动解决。 Develop and monitor project plans, identify risks, and assist in driving timely resolution. 整理与维护项目文档（如需求说明、测试报告、周报、用户手册等）。 Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, testing reports, weekly updates, and user manuals. 参与客户沟通与培训，协助解决实施过程中的问题。 Support client communication and training, assisting in resolving issues during implementation. 积极学习项目管理方法和工具（如 PMP、敏捷、Jira、Confluence），提升专业技能。 Actively learn project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence) to improve professional skills.。

Siemens Advanta Consulting (Beijing or Shanghai Office is looking for a Management Consulting Project Manager / Senior Consultant) What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？ • Lead a strategic consulting projects to define corporate strategy and implementation plan, leading the team to engage in interviews, research, analysis, diagnosis, conclusion, presentation, and other project-related tasks. • monitor project progress and quality, coordinate the reporting at key project milestones, maintain smooth communication with clients, • Act as project quality gate, continuously assist team members in broadening and deepening their thinking, and elevate the team's quality standards • (nice-to-have) Has the experiences for of business development and client acquisition, understanding client needs, facilitating cooperation, and maintaining good client relationships. • Prefer project expereicnes in manufatcuring and industry

• Assist system EPM to lead multi-functional engineering teams towards completion of qualifications • Work closely with Quality, Engineering and Operations teams to complete qualifications • Succinctly communicate overall status of qualifications across functional team • Travel China domestically or to US to drive builds where needed
