任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业； 2.精通至少一种主流编程语言（如C++、Java、Go），具备良好的编程能力； 3.有搜索引擎、推荐系统或实时数据处理相关经验者优先； 4.熟悉分布式系统设计与性能优化，具有高可用、高并发系统的开发经验优先； 5.具备Agent应用开发，Agent框架使用经验者优先； 6.良好的团队合作精神，能够高效解决技术难题并推动项目进展。
工作职责
1.负责微信搜索后台系统中智能Agent相关技术的应用研发与落地，支持下一代搜索系统的探索； 2.负责搜索后端智能Agent应用、RAG系统的架构设计、系统改造； 3.优化智能Agent应用、RAG系统在大规模、高并发场景下的性能和稳定性； 4.与产品经理积极沟通配合，完成搜索Agent应用的重要产品功能开发迭代； 5.与算法工程师紧密合作，参与智能Agent算法的落地实现与持续优化。
