工作职责
1.协助项目规划和改善美术流程,为任务管理、美术制作等管线提供流程工具或服务,以提高美术环节的管理和生产效率; 2.配合PM、策划、美术等角色调研和挖掘项目需求,解决各环节间的流程问题,以促进项目更稳定、可控; 3.与团队共同建设、优化和维护现有的流程基建和服务,辅助其他团队学习、接入和使用团队各项成熟业务; 4.对整个项目流程工具负责,有较强风险意识,可提前暴露问题,规避问题。
