任职要求
1.计算机科学与技术、数学、统计学、信息安全等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.熟练掌握 Python、Java 等至少一门编程语言，具备扎实的代码开发能力和良好的编程习惯； 3.精通机器学习、深度学习算法原理，熟悉 Transformer 等大模型架构，有大模型训练、微调与部署的实践经验； 4.熟悉 Hadoop、Spark 等大数据处理平台，能够熟练使用 SQL 进行数据处理与分析； 5.具有优秀的逻辑思维能力、问题解决能力和团队协作能力，能够在压力下高效完成工作。 加分项 1.有电商信息安全风控、大模型应用相关工作经验者优先，有成功的风控项目案例者优先。
工作职责
1.深入研究电商业务场景，基于大模型技术搭建智能化风控算法体系，实现对违禁品的信息风险精准识别与预警； 2.持续优化大模型风控算法，通过数据挖掘、模型训练与调优，提升模型对复杂电商信息风险的识别能力和泛化能力； 3.与产品、运营等团队紧密协作，结合业务需求和行业动态，制定并完善电商信息安全策略，为电商业务健康发展保驾护航； 4.建立机审与人审协同的风控机制，快速响应和处理电商信息安全事件，降低风险对用户和业务的影响； 5.跟踪大模型技术前沿动态，探索新技术在电商信息安全风控领域的应用，推动风控技术的创新与升级。
