任职要求
1.5年以上写实表演动画经验，含高品质数字人或可对标影视、高端 CG 的面部与肢体案例，对角色表演类动画具备敏锐的审美；
2.Maya 精通，熟悉 MotionBuilder 或等效工具；
3.强手 Key：能在动捕上显著提升情绪张力，也能从零手 Key 出可信表演；
4.强逻辑思维，可搭建与维护表情库的层级结构、命名与组合规则，并沉淀为团…工作职责
1.表演与时机，基于台词与角色设定，拆解情绪弧光与表演节拍，可以对表演进行设计，并且指导演员进行准确的表演，把控眼神变化、眨眼时机、呼吸节奏、微表情，肢体语言等，确保表演动作高度准确的可读性、可信性、以及情绪传达，通过把控面部动作准确传达情绪状态与性格特质； 2.面部与口型动画，了解基于 FACS 的面捕表情运动规则。熟悉口型动画音素/Viseme 映射、多语言节拍、口腔体积与齿舌关系统一； 3.动捕与二次精修，进行演员选择，现场指导面捕/体捕，可以高效的对演员进行现场表演指导工作，有能力动捕基础上进行手 Key 强化，必要时纯手 Key完成镜头级表演； 4.数字人管线与协作，与 Rigger、Blendshape Artist、TA 协同完成面部表情驱动方案，以及导入导出、动画压缩、曲线/骨骼预算、版本管理与工具链落地。建立并维护表情库结构和调用逻辑。基于自身对于面部动态的深刻理解，梳理制定程序化表情运动规则。
Work closely with ODM/OEM partners to enable successful deployment of AMD server platforms by augmenting customer solutions with technical collateral, such as application note documentation, user guide on customization and tuning, sample and reference design materials, and debugging/profiling tools · Perform platform reviews (design, block-level, schematic, and layout review), bringing up, as well as debugging on internal and external reference and production designs, and provide solutions to customers · Provide customers technical training to improve overall customer design skill · Engage directly on key technical topics, issues, architecture discussions, and performance optimizations with customers and internal teams and steer of multi-party discussion to convergence · Analytic ability to address technical issues and generate creative solutions · On-site support to speed up issue closure to meet overall project schedule Job

蚂蚁集团分布式计算Ray团队，以跟加州伯克利大学RISELAB实验室合作开发的开源分布式计算引擎Ray（https://github.com/ray-project/ray）为通用底盘，打造下一代大规模分布式AI计算基础设施与生态。我们承载了蚂蚁200w+核的在线和离线AI计算任务，支撑着公司内大模型在线服务、在线机器学习、函数计算、离线推理、搜索推荐、图计算、多媒体计算、运筹优化等多种业务场景。 1. 负责AI计算引擎Ray从「通算」到「智算」场景的系统演进； 2.探索Ray及其AI生态在企业内部创新与落地，为公司AI应用发展提供Infra支持； 3.积极参与到Ray开源社区，通过讨论、文档撰写、代码贡献等形式推动Ray在AI及分布式计算领域的发展与创新。
Enterprise Access: 1. Study the latest knock-down factory investment policies of designated global markets. 2. communicate and cooperate with local governments to lead the knock-down factory establishment processs. Product Access: 1. Lead to bulid the database of state-of-art global regulations, policies and taxes. 2. Forecast the trends of vehicle related regulations and policies, support R&D department establish product compliant solution of next generation products. After-sales: 1. Lead the communications and public relationship works about market surveillance of our products (vehicle, components) and services (AI, automated driving, data services, etc.) with local government.
