任职要求
1.计算机、机器人、人工智能、计算机视觉、物理智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历,或具有同等实践经验; 2.具备2年以上灵巧操作和机器人相关研究经验,并至少在以下研究领域之一有相关实践:控制理论、优化算法、表示学习、自监督学习、多模态学习、强化学习、模仿学习、机器人策略开发、计算机视觉、第一人称感知、具身智能和/或大语言模型(LLM); 3.熟练掌握 C/C++ 和 Python,以及主流深度学习框架(如 PyTorch、TensorFlow)。 加分项 1.在机器人、机器学习与计算机视觉领域顶级研讨会或会议(如 Robo…

工作职责
1.探索前沿系统架构,推动灵巧手在手内操作及通用、功能型操作的发展(包括不同刚柔物体在手内与环境的交互); 2.开发适用于机器人灵巧操作的机器学习模型与端到端应用; 3.创新机器人感知与智能方法,利用多模态感知(如图像、视频、音频、触觉等)赋能灵巧操作与控制算法; 4.开发高效可部署的机器人模型,并推动研究成果集成到完整系统级机器人原型中。
