工作职责
1、负责元宝业务的生成式推荐大模型优化（包含但不限于LLM4Rec、生成式推荐等），提升点击率、转化率、用户时长及留存等核心指标； 2、负责利用算法技术解决元宝的业务问题，包含但不限于用户增长、流量优化等相关场景的效果优化，能够进行问题抽象、技术选型、算法和策略落地与优化； 3、结合元宝业务特点与目标，与多方团队协作，参与并推动模型、画像、策略等场景的应用和优化； 4、负责前瞻探索，积极跟进AI学术界和工业界的最新动态，优化大模型推荐技术方案。
