工作职责
全栈开发工程师负责实现和优化公司的IT产品的技术架构建设,以及构建和维护关键IT服务与IT基础设施。 1、负责公司内部IT系统和对外业务管理系统的基础架构设计、方案规划和系统开发,包括但不限于: 内部IT建设、企业核心管理领域、内部办公、研发过程管理、业务后台管理系统等; 2、通过对专业领域的理解和规划,结合自身的IT能力,提供业务与技术结合的全方案,解决专业领域IT化和落地实施的问题。

DCS 软件开发高级工程师 (上海) 工作职责 • 依据产品需求及架构设计,负责 DCS(分布式控制系统)软件中模块(上位/下位)的设计、编码、优化及持续性维护 • 与硬件工程师、测试工程师紧密合作,解决研发过程中的关键技术问题,确保研发项目按照里程碑按时进行; • 协同总部研发团队,高效推进产品功能的代码实现与技术落地; • 严格遵循代码开发规范,编写具备高可维护性、高可测试性的标准化代码; • 执行单元测试与集成测试工作,精准定位并修复代码缺陷,保障代码运行稳定性及功能完整性。
THE ROLE Come join Tesla Sensing Team! We develop state-of-the-art sensor technologies and solutions that enable the best customer driving experiences. You will have an opportunity to participate in conceiving, modeling, and prototyping new sensor solutions. You will be able to learn how a brilliant idea is taken from proof-of-concept to product launch. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, integrate, and validate onboard sensor algorithms; propose innovative solutions, implement and test them rigorously, and deliver high-quality results. Develop firmware for in-vehicle computers, ensuring system functionality, performance benchmarks, and safety/reliability standards are met. Analyze sensor performance data from Tesla's fleet of millions to tens of millions of vehicles, deriving actionable insights and conclusions. Build full-stack sensor data monitoring platforms, owning end-to-end development including data acquisition, processing, storage, backend services, and frontend interfaces. Identify and troubleshoot sensor-related issues reported globally across the vehicle fleet, propose solutions, and drive their implementation. Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally with multiple teams to achieve shared project goals.
