任职要求

1. BA/BS degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative field
2. Previous experience in Performance Marketing or Branding preferred. Familiar with traffic acquisition metrics and be well aware of the web and app attributions 
3. 2+ years reporting and analytical experiences
4. Advanced knowledge of SQL, python or other analytical language. Past experience with Google Analytics or travel industry would be a plus
5. Strong logical thinking capability and business sense: capable of collecting key insights and delivering key messages
6. Highly dependable, self-initiated, fast learner
7. Excellent verbal or written communication skills in English and Chinese

工作职责

1.Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on marketing performance metrics, including cost, ROI, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
2.Modeling: Optimize and manage forecast models to improve the accuracy of marketing performance measurement and investment decisions.
3.Attribution: To monitor and re-shape attribution to help with smarter marketing investment
4.Market Insights: Conduct deep dives into internal and external data to generate market insights, supporting strategic marketing initiatives and decision-making processes.
5.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Branding and Commercialization to understand data needs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
6.Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by managing data sources, building monitoring systems, and implementing quality control measures.
