Content Management: Lead the content planning and management for Japan Market, ensuring content quality and attractiveness.Keyword Research: Conduct market research and analysis, identify and analyze keywords, optimize website content, and improve search engine rankings.SEO Project Planning and Execution: Develop reasonable measurement indicators based on data analysis and actual business situations. Responsible for planning and executing SEO content operation projects, including content updates, website structure optimization, etc. Adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner, improve conversion rates, optimize channel marketing methods, and allocate resources reasonably for traffic and orders.Competitor Analysis and Industry Trends Analysis: Analyze the strategies of other brands, formulate effective SEO directions to enhance website competitiveness.Focus on industry trends, improve user activity, and identify new trends.Task Execution: Execute various tasks assigned by the company and ensure efficient completion.
About the Role We are looking for an AI Product Specialist/ Manager to join our Marketing Product team and drive the application of AI technologies across Trip.com’s global marketing ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying AI innovation opportunities, supporting key external AI partnerships, and driving the integration of advanced AI capabilities (e.g., agentic booking, AI content collaboration) into our marketing products and workflows. This is an excellent role for someone who is curious, proactive, passionate about AI, and eager to grow into a more senior AI product role. 1. AI-driven Marketing Product Innovation - Monitor the latest AI trends, LLM advancements, and industry applications, translating them into feasible marketing product opportunities. - Identify and evaluate AI-driven improvement areas across ad creatives, marketing automation, landing pages, content generation, QA workflows, and performance optimization. - Work with product managers and engineers to prototype, test, and launch AI features in marketing products. 2. External AI Partnerships & Collaboration - Support key AI collaboration initiatives with global partners (e.g., Google, Meta, OpenAI, TikTok, etc.). - Assist in driving strategic projects including: - Google Agentic Booking integration - AI-driven content collaboration with media partners - AI-powered search, recommendations, or marketing workflow enhancements - Coordinate alignment between internal product/engineering teams and external partner teams, ensuring smooth project execution. 3. AI-enabled Content & Campaign Efficiency - Work with marketing channels to explore AI use cases improving creative production (image, video, ad copy). - Contribute to building scalable workflows for multi-language AI content generation, localization, and quality control. - Partner with the QA team to develop AI-assisted review mechanisms and evaluation frameworks. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, localization, and design teams. - Support project documentation, communication, and rollout for internal stakeholders. - Help ensure alignment between marketing needs and AI product capabilities.
