Highly specialised in observing and providing market trends. Analyse key insights from the global travel industry and convert market insights into growth.Conduct competition analysis on overall markets. Research competitors and understand their strategies; explore opportunities in digital marketing.Build close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders(incl. 3rd partners). Deliver data-driven analysis and support decision making.Create ad-hoc reports and maintain quality dashboards, providing solutions to business challenges.Perform data cleaning, data processing, and data analysis using SQL and other statistical skills.
1. Build up reporting of marketing performance across channels, both organic and paid, including cost, orders, ROI and other performance metrics for business needs. 2. Work closely with Product & Tech, product lines and BI team, understand data within each business funnels, identify issues and propose solutions. 3. To monitor and re-shape attribution to help with smarter marketing investment 4. To deep dive internal data as well as external partner data to generate market insights of all different markets across globe, to guide marketing activities and strategies 5. To analyze user and order features and patterns, help evaluate channel values and growth potentials for business decisions. 6. Manage the data source, build up the monitoring and analytical system of the whole business, and ensure the quality of the result

Position Overview Focus on end-to-end management of business operations data, leading the cleansing and alignment of multi-source business data (user behavior, product metrics, channel effectiveness, etc.) with financial data to build a structured foundational data system. Provide quantitative support for operational strategy optimization through in-depth analysis of business actions and data characteristics. Core Responsibilities Business-Finance Data Integration & Cleansing ꔷ Develop standardized rules for business data, perform cross-system data cleansing (e.g., user growth, order transactions), mapping, and structured storage. ꔷ Design business data flow diagrams, establish unified naming conventions and operational standards to enable efficient data retrieval. Business Analysis Support ꔷ Build data analysis models (e.g., ROI, user segmentation/persona) aligned with business objectives, and deliver actionable insights for operational strategy improvement. ꔷ Monitor core business metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention rate), and produce periodic root-cause analysis reports on data fluctuations. Cross-Department Collaboration ꔷ Collaborate with finance teams to calibrate business data, translating operational actions (e.g., promotions) into quantifiable revenue/cost impacts. ꔷ Partner with product and marketing teams to design data tracking solutions, ensuring comprehensive data collection.
