Education Background:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related fields
Professional Work Experience:
• Junior BA: 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Senior BA: 4-5 years of relevant working experience
Technical Skills:
•	High proficiency in SQL
•	Working knowledge and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
•	Working knowledge and experience in data visualization
•	Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
•	Knowledge of database management is a plus
•	Knowledge of R and Python is a plus
Language & Communication:
•	Fluency in both English and Chinese languages
•	Demonstrated experience in multi-cultural and cross-functional communication
•	Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Core Competencies:

Data Analysis and Reporting:Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, including market trends, supply chain resources, traffic and conversion rates, user behavior, user profiles, etc.Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and providing actionable insights to support market growth strategies and improve business processesSupport overseas operation teams on ad-hoc data requests and projects
Performance Monitoring:Routinely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metricsCollaborate closely with HQ & Regional teams to gather necessary data and feedbackStakeholder Communication:Clearly convey findings and recommendations to regional market directors, managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders in an understandable and compelling manner
