1. Build up reporting of marketing performance across channels, both organic and paid, including cost, orders, ROI and other performance metrics for business needs. 2. Work closely with Product & Tech, product lines and BI team, understand data within each business funnels, identify issues and propose solutions. 3. To monitor and re-shape attribution to help with smarter marketing investment 4. To deep dive internal data as well as external partner data to generate market insights of all different markets across globe, to guide marketing activities and strategies 5. To analyze user and order features and patterns, help evaluate channel values and growth potentials for business decisions. 6. Manage the data source, build up the monitoring and analytical system of the whole business, and ensure the quality of the result
Data Analysis and Reporting:Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, including market trends, supply chain resources, traffic and conversion rates, user behavior, user profiles, etc.Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and providing actionable insights to support market growth strategies and improve business processesSupport overseas operation teams on ad-hoc data requests and projects Performance Monitoring:Routinely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metricsCollaborate closely with HQ & Regional teams to gather necessary data and feedbackStakeholder Communication:Clearly convey findings and recommendations to regional market directors, managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders in an understandable and compelling manner Process Improvement:Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the existing processes of collaboration between business analysts and cross-functional teamsDevelop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows between business analysts and cross-functional teamsRegularly organize and host cross-regional business analysts' communication meetingsTraining:Collaborate with the HQ BI team to conduct onboarding training for new regional business analystsDocumentation:Maintain detailed documentation of analyses, reports, and the implementations of process improvements
1. Training Development: · Analyze data skill gaps of the business analysts, product growth staff, and CRM operation staff in the Regional Marketing team based on company strategy and departmental needs. · Design and implement customized data training programs, including onboarding and professional skill enhancement. · Develop data training courses, streamline internal processes and products, and enhance team capabilities by incorporating industry characteristics and data operation scenarios. · Organize global online and offline data training events, track training effectiveness, and optimize for continuous improvement to ensure successful implementation of training outcomes. · Establish a departmental knowledge management system to facilitate experience accumulation and sharing. 2. Global Operations Data Knowledge Base Management: · Develop and implement the framework for the knowledge base on data operations. · Coordinate with internal and cross-team members to integrate and manage content projects. · Maintain and operate the knowledge base to ensure its relevance and accessibility. 3. Data Access Management: · Formulate guidelines for data access management for the Global Operations team. · Collaborate with various business units to manage data products and permissions. · Ensure compliance with data access protocols and facilitate smooth data operations. 4. Project Management: · Participate in and understand the full-cycle management of key projects within the Global Business Analyst team, such as data operations and cross-departmental collaboration projects. · Coordinate and drive efficient collaboration within the team and across teams to ensure timely and high-quality achievement of objectives. · Identify risks and issues during project execution, optimize project management processes and tools, and promote standardized management. 5. Communication and Meeting Management: · Organize and manage regular communication meetings within the global and regional BA team to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and project updates. · Facilitate effective communication between team members and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and information sharing. · Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress tracking.

Conduct in-depth analysis of demand and supply by integrating external market data with internal inventory data for key products like flights and hotels. Develop dynamic solutions to generate critical insights, optimizing resource allocation and channel matching to maximize inventory value and utilization. 3. Design, implement, and iterate on bidding strategies for major performance marketing channels. Utilize data-driven analysis and dynamic optimization techniques to improve traffic and inventory utilization efficiency, and ultimately drive business growth. 4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing channels, Product lines, and BI, to gain a deep understanding of the entire business landscape. Leverage a marketing perspective to translate data insights into influential recommendations that drive business impact. 5. Own and manage the application-layer data infrastructure supporting your strategic analyses. This includes maintaining data sources, building basic data pipelines, and developing dashboards and monitoring systems. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity to provide a reliable foundation for analytical outputs.
