任职要求


-Bachelor degree and 3 years' working experience or above.
-Native in Turkish. Business proficient in English. 
-Proficient in managing user-oriented campaign operations on a large customer base. Successful order growth case in campaign planning
-Possess strong abilities in market analysis, marketing, planning, promotion, negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving, with ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadline.
-Strong logical rational and logical thinking with result driven mindset
-Proactive in detecting growth opportunities and pain points and be able to push things forward
-Experience in e-commerce platform or travel industry is highly preferred.

工作职责


-Strategize and implement regional campaigns. Manage timelines, deliveries and stakeholder expectations throughout the entire process from strategy to delivery.
-Integrate onsite and offsite marketing resources to boost campaign traffic and uplift order conversion.
-Partner with cross-functional teams such as BD, product, creative and marketing to maximize quality, impact and efficiency for all campaigns
-Research marketing, campaign and operational data, analyze customer acquisition, conversion, and product strategies, and continuously improve key operational metrics.
-Iterate the UI/UX based on local insights and deep understanding of local users

You will be responsible for campaign mechanism setup, defining key selling points, building and maintaining landing pages, and managing inventory to ensure campaign success. Design and establish event mechanisms, including discount structures, promotion rules, and reward systems, to maximize customer engagement and sales.Plan, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Work with product, supply and marketing teams to define and communicate clear, compelling selling points that highlight the value proposition of each campaign.Advise on lifetime value optimisation of users driven by campaigns. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
