Key 1.Help market managers to develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant support services to supplier partners 2.Ensure the supplier partners' product (content, rates, and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on the Trip.com sites by operating Trip.com’s internal portals to maximize customer experience 3.Conduct the basic communication with partners to ensure the smooth business cooperation 4.Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and strategic objectives) set by Trip.com Group Management 5.Responsible for overseas accommodation operations, including but not limited to communicate with the front-line teams, coordinating and solving various demands 6.Track project progress and collaborate with cross-teams such as product, R&D, data, service and connectivity teams to promote the projects progress 7.Develop, maintain and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and improve effectiveness and efficiency 8.Conduct regular analysis of business performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement 9.Other reasonable duties as assigned Key
In this role, you will partner with equipment supplier and Apple technical team to act as the team’s representative to ensure the proper dissemination of specs and requirements, assess supplier capabilities and readiness for manufacturing, identify critical to quality items on each equipment, track and drive day-to-day quality control of equipment ensuring compliance to spec through equipment spot checks, and aid with the proper shipment of equipment to the end-user. You will be able to clearly and concisely report on the status of the supplier readiness and project health to the multi-functional team and executive management team while thoughtfully identifying and calling out critical issues which may affect the quality. Focus on supplier factory preparations, critical issues, clear communication and intensive spot and outgoing inspection during engineering design and validation cycles for new programs as well as during production ramp. Support the Global Supply Manager in the development and execution of comprehensive equipment support contracts. Primary Tasks Define and implement Quality plan for new projects at supplier and supervise the execution of the program through ramp Develop, review and implement intensive out-going inspection programs to verify equipment quality before it leaves the factory Review and approve packaging and shipping procedures to ensure the quality of equipment being received at the CM. Aid with the development of incoming inspection procedures and processes to ensure a quick and seamless handover Prepare and report on correlations between OEM IQC and Supplier OQC data Secondary Tasks Handle and report on new line, tool, and process qualification at suppliers Assist GSM team with new vendor selection and vendor capability audits Work with Suppliers and Apple security teams to ensure that the highest level of confidentiality is maintained with all equipment used with Apple hardware and test. Aid in the organization and deployment of repair and assistance teams from the supplier when needed for equipment repairs on site or at the supplier. Evaluate supplier ability to support maintenance contracts. Drive weekly supplier meetings with CM and Program Team to meet overall program objectives. Lead cross- functional communication between internal Apple technical, operational, and contract manufacturer organizations. Facilitate good communication and collaboration across engineering functions, operations, and vendors Create and maintain project schedules. Provide timely issue resolution and critical path activities.
Description: 1. Have end-to-end ownership of new hotel suppliers acquisitions and existing suppliers management, understand partners’ strategy and objectives, refined API operations, and help to grow the revenue; 2. Monitor supplier service performance, and ensure that hotel suppliers achieve high service quality through the cooperation process and the arsenal provided by the platform; 3. Able to promptly identify supplier API direct connection anomalies/stuck points, and effectively mobilize resources from all parties in the customer management backend, settlement and other processes. Combined with platform data, formulate high-quality growth plans for core customers to achieve sustainable growth for customers; 4. Participate in relevant exhibitions, seminars and activities on behalf of the company to promote the Trip's brand and products; leverage the inventory and price coverage of hotels in corresponding overseas regions through the responsible customers to provide more for outbound and overseas guests accommodation options; 5. Inspire, encourage and empower team members to build a high-performance team, and create and seize new opportunities in an ever-evolving environment
• Lead operations reliability testing and failure analysis in the development and sustaining stage • Drive and manage standard methodologies and findings across data sets to improve ORT and Failure analysis efficiency • Research and strategically implement iPhone system, module reliability testing to continuously improve system quality and field product usage model during mass production stage • Drive alignment and transition of reliability testing from NPI to MP • Working with commodity managers and supplier quality engineers to ensure component quality & reliability • Making recommendations to improve design, process and test • Strategic identification and prioritization of issues identified in ORT • Lead failure analysis of issues identified in ORT and coordinate cross functions to drive corrective actions through deep FA • Succinctly communicating technical updates to the executive team
