1. 负责海外游戏本地化的质量把控,包括但不限于翻译、校对、润色、和LQA,对本地化交付结果全权负责; 2. 负责协助各游戏项目输出本地化质量把控规则、优化策略及计划,风格指南,优化本地化流程; 3. 帮助全组提升英语能力,包括但不限于英语语法、句式、地道表达和文化、习俗、风险禁忌等; 4. 负责探索与产出AIGC本地化相关指令,规范全组AIGC使用; 5. 负责其他语言类相关工作。
1、针对节日、热点等节点,完成竞品动态调研、内容推荐等; 2、负责日常活动的主题策划、文案撰写、设计对接、页面搭建、活动上线等全链路工作; 3、根据活动主题,通过社群、微博、贴吧等渠道,找到目标人群,完成活动转化。

1. 负责Lazada平台客服产品运营,对平台客服的整体业务目标负责,持续优化服务能力与用户体验,降低平台成本。 2. 洞察东南亚用户特点,结合国家策略,通过深入的数据分析挖掘本地化需求,推进客服流程改善以及体验提升; 3. 能协同业务运营、技术、设计等多部门,完成产品运营策略的发起、落地与上线后的数据分析与迭代。 1.
