1.理工科相关专业，985/211/双一流本科/硕士学历优先，计算机等相关专业优先； 2.良好的学习能力，英语阅读能力，CET6通过优先； 3.具备编程基本功，熟练掌握Java编程语言，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，了解计算机系统、网络编程、并发编程等，了解主流的关系型数据库（MySQL等），熟练使用SQL语言； 4.掌握AI辅助编程工具，借助大模型学习新知识/技能； 5.有参与开源项目经历者优先，包括但不限于通过OSPP、GSoC等开源计划参与社区项目或者直接参与GitHub项目贡献。
工作职责
1. 参与公司产品和项目的开发，在导师的指导下完成需求分析，功能模块设计； 2. 根据项目进度要求，完成功能模块开发、测试、系统联调； 3. 学习公司的开发规范和项目流程，完成子系统、模块的上线发布工作； 4. 参与日常项目的版本升级、代码优化和Bug修复等工作；
