任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2. 熟悉django、flask、fast api或其他python框架，3年以上python工作经验； 3. 了解基础的数据分析、机器学习方法，熟悉numpy、matplotlib、scipy、pandas、sci-kit等python数据分析库； 4. 熟悉openai接口、向量数据库和langchain大语言模型框架； 5. 熟悉开源大模型，例如Qwen、ChatGLM、DeepSeek，1年以上模型部署经验； 6. 熟悉llamafactory、vllm、MCP、记忆、Agent，1年以上智能体开发经验； 7. 高质量，安全，可信赖，可读性强的程序编写能力，熟悉使用git等代码管理工具； 8. 既要独立解决问题的能力，又需要有良好的团队工作意识，能够承担压力； 9. 熟练使用Linux及MySQL、PgSQL数据库，有独立搭建大型系统的能力 * 有CUDA编程经验优先；
工作职责
1. 独立完成AI产品后台服务功能模块的设计与开发； 2. 配合团队其他成员进行AI模块开发及整合； 3. 配合前端工程师完成服务联调； 4. 完善现有python源码的优化 5. 维护所负责的服务模块，并不断持续优化功能系统； 6. 确保所负责的服务模块能够达到产品要求的质量标准（响应、错误率、不间断服务指标）。
