工作职责
-制定和执行产品营销策略,推动具体工作落地,提升产品品牌影响力,通过营销手段支持业务增长 -与PR和Marketing负责人进行紧密沟通与合作,策划推动主题会议、产品发布会等等,确保产品定位、产品价值等信息的准确传递 -开发高质量产品营销材料,包括一指禅、案例、销售指导书、市场宣传内容,以及公司产品官网材料、演讲材料等等 -负责产品上市的策划工作,与营销团队和产品管理团队紧密合作,确保产品成功上市 -面向业务拓展和销售团队进行赋能,有效传递产品价值主张,提升产销协同效率,实现客户的共同开发 -结合BU生态拓展策略,策划生态活动,与BG市场团队高效联动,确保生态的有效吸引

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead our offline marketing initiatives, including OOH advertising, event management, and influencer partnerships. This role will work closely with regional marketing teams, procurement, and finance to ensure effective campaign execution while optimizing resources and performance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably with background in large internet companies, O2O services, or agency environments. You should be skilled in media planning, vendor management, and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on delivering measurable results. Candidates with prior experience in global procurement at brand companies are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Operations & Vendor Management Manage end-to-end execution of offline marketing campaigns, including OOH media, events, and influencer activations Oversee relationships with external agencies, media vendors, and partners, ensuring quality delivery and cost efficiency Develop and maintain vendor evaluation frameworks to assess performance and ROI Collaborate with Procurement & Finance on budgeting, contracts, and payment processes 2. Regional Collaboration & Campaign Support Partner with regional marketing teams to understand local needs and provide operational support Establish efficient workflows for briefing, approval, and execution of marketing campaigns Share best practices and help adapt global strategies to local market requirements 3. Performance Tracking & Insights Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and vendor performance Provide regular reports on campaign results and market trends to stakeholders Collect and share successful case studies and innovative marketing approaches 4. As a Global Strategic Partnerships Manager at Keeta, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our most impactful brand collaborations on a global scale. You will lead the development of strategic initiatives with key international partners, aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver both business growth and brand elevation. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and Execute Strategic Brand Partnerships • Lead the creation and execution of partnership strategies that align with Keeta’s global and regional business goals. • Design high-impact collaboration models to drive brand value, business growth, and long-term partner success. 2. Manage Key Partner Relationships • Serve as the primary liaison for key strategic partners including cross boundary brands or global scale IP, managing communication across all stakeholder levels. • Foster strong, trust-based relationships and ensure alignment on strategic direction, priorities, and joint initiatives. 3. Identify and Expand Strategic Opportunities • Continuously scan the market to identify high-value brand partners across industries and geographies. • Develop tailored, innovative proposals that leverage Keeta’s core strengths to open new growth channels and create mutual value. 4. Drive Cross-functional Execution • Coordinate with internal teams to translate partner needs into actionable plans. • Ensure timely and quality delivery of joint initiatives. 5. Measure & Optimize Performance • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs such as user acquisition, brand exposure, engagement, and ROI. • Lead ongoing performance reviews and optimization efforts to maximize partnership impact and efficiency.
