As a Global Strategic Partnerships Manager at Keeta, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our most impactful brand collaborations on a global scale. You will lead the development of strategic initiatives with key international partners, aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver both business growth and brand elevation. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and Execute Strategic Brand Partnerships • Lead the creation and execution of partnership strategies that align with Keeta’s global and regional business goals. • Design high-impact collaboration models to drive brand value, business growth, and long-term partner success. 2. Manage Key Partner Relationships • Serve as the primary liaison for key strategic partners including cross boundary brands or global scale IP, managing communication across all stakeholder levels. • Foster strong, trust-based relationships and ensure alignment on strategic direction, priorities, and joint initiatives. 3. Identify and Expand Strategic Opportunities • Continuously scan the market to identify high-value brand partners across industries and geographies. • Develop tailored, innovative proposals that leverage Keeta’s core strengths to open new growth channels and create mutual value. 4. Drive Cross-functional Execution • Coordinate with internal teams to translate partner needs into actionable plans. • Ensure timely and quality delivery of joint initiatives. 5. Measure & Optimize Performance • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs such as user acquisition, brand exposure, engagement, and ROI. • Lead ongoing performance reviews and optimization efforts to maximize partnership impact and efficiency.

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most Strategic Partner Accounts. You will be responsible for the development and growth of strategic accounts on Keeta. The candidate should be hands-on, detail oriented, have relentlessly high standards and operates as a business owner who understands key levers to achieve results. Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Management: Estabilish long-term relationships with out most strategic partners, including some top F&B Group and Brands in Middle East. Interact effectively with different key persons(KP) within the partner and have the ability to influence senior executives. 2. Business Growth: Contribute to business strategy development and identify key initiatives that drive growth and improve the end customer & merchants experience. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to allocate resources, thereby supporting growth objectives. 3. Key Project Implementation: Proactively initiate or undertake high-priority key projects such as new brand expansion/single brand marketing/promotional events, and achieve effective results. 4. Conduct in-depth research on the development trends of the catering industry, identify business opportunities for chain brands on the takeaway platform through data analysis, and assist the senior account manager in influencing local chain customers. 2. Develop growth strategies and corresponding solutions for different categories of customers or scenarios, implement corporate strategies suitable for chain brands, and integrate, output, and replicate experiences. 3. Explore and lead the framework of joint business plans and other strategic cooperation models, work with the account manager to build deep cooperation models with key customers, and operate them. 4. Lead the team to establish common operational processes for chain customers and solve practical issues of major customers.
