任职要求
-本科以上学历，数学，计算机，人工智能，自动化，电子工程等相关专业 -熟练掌握C++、Python等编程语言，熟悉常见数据结构和算法，有Linux平台下开发经验 -熟悉传统的规划或者轨迹生成算法，例如Hybrid A*、EM planner等 -熟悉最优化理论、熟练使用ilqr算法、几何学等数学基础并有应用理论解决实际问题的经验 -熟悉常用决策算法，例如有限状态机、MDP、POMDP等 -了解常见控制算法，例如PID、MPC、LQR等 -学习能力强，具备团队协作精神，有较好的沟通表达能力 -加分项：无人车/无人机/机器人等相关项目经验，量产落地项目经验 -有高精地图、ld地图等地图使用相关经验 -逻辑清晰，可独立分析并解决复杂问题
工作职责
-自动驾驶预测/决策/规划/控制模块/子模块架构设计与开发 -自动驾驶预测/决策/规划/控制模块/子模块已有算法维护、优化与新算法设计、实现 -负责自动驾驶相关算法的上线部署、效果追踪、工程落地，保证算法的鲁棒性和计算性能 -与上下游模块协作完成系统集成与调试，定位分析，解决实际问题
