任职要求
-本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学、统计学或相关专业背景 -5-10年搜索/推荐/广告等算法研发经验，精通信息检索、自然语言处理、机器学习、大语言模型等算法和技术 -精通至少一种编程语言（如Python、Java、C++），具备良好的编程能力和算法实现能力 -有顶会论文优先，能持续探索算法突破、创新并取得效果 -具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
工作职责
-负责搜索引擎核心算法的研发与优化，提升搜索结果的相关性、时效性和权威性 -深入分析用户搜索行为，通过算法改进提升用户体验和搜索满意度 -负责探索大语言模型等前沿技术，基于大模型对搜索系统进行技术升级 -跟踪业界最新的搜索技术和算法趋势，进行技术预研和引入，保持技术领先
