任职要求
1. 计算机、信号处理、控制论、博弈论、运筹优化,统计等相关专业;有扎实的数理分析基础并有交叉领域研究经验的优先; 2. 熟悉常用机器学习算法,如FM、DeepFM、xGboost、DIN、DNN、GNN等,特别是对各种人工智能应用问题有大量研究实践经验者优先,有实际成果并发表在国际ding级会议、期刊者优先,有大型搜索/推荐/广告算法架构设计经验者优先; 3. 熟练掌握常用的编程语言,精通Java,C++,Python编程中的一种,有tensorflow开发经验优先,有大数据计算平台如MaxCompute、Hadoop上的开发经验,对深度学习和对抗学习有实践经验者优先; 4. 良好的团队合作精神和创新精神,乐观、自省、皮实且聪明。
工作职责
1. 负责饿了么用户增长业务场景中的推荐算法的研发,包括图文多媒体推荐、消息PUSH推送、店铺菜品信息流、外投广告投放等,从用户体验、流量效果和商业目标等方向设计和迭代算法,促进商业发展 2. 负责饿了么用户增长算法设计与调优,创新全生命周期的用户增长以及增值算法,促进拉新效率和留存效果,增加用户粘性,防止用户流失 3. 负责本地商业机制设计和改进,提升商家饿了么运营体验和效率
