-两年以上Java开发经验，熟练掌握Java语言，理解面向对象和常用设计模式 ；具备复杂问题的分析和解决能力 -熟悉主流Java Web框架及其设计原理，熟练使用springboot框架；至少能够精通一个Java框架的原理 -熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统和开发环境，至少熟悉一门脚本语言 -了解数据库基本原理，具备系统数据库设计和规划能力，能编写高性能的SQL ；熟悉一种数据库的设计及调优 -较强的学习和沟通能力，主动，有责任心 -具备大型互联网产品研发经验优先；具备k8s、docker经验优先 -具备智能客服、呼叫中心，NLP相关领域知识优先；具备TOB交付经验优先
