工作职责
-负责大语言模型在检索增强（RAG）场景的链路优化和模型优化 -探索和开发大模型在多模态任务、工具调用（Function call）、交互式搜索中的前沿应用 -跟踪大语言模型在RAG、多模态Agent、Function call上的评估能力前沿进展，并实现系统化评估能力建设 -优化大模型基础能力（指令遵循、思考规划、长文记忆、知识继承）并推动落地
