工作职责
1、负责AI猎头工具相关的系统设计与后端开发，支撑AI猎头业务工程的性能和稳定性； 2、参与AI猎头业务系统的开发和优化，支撑高并发高吞吐的需求场景； 3、设计和开发高并发、高可用的后端系统，确保其性能、稳定性、可扩展性、可观测性； 4、跟踪大模型、Agent先进技术，研究分析业内主流产品技术实现，不断优化当前系统架构设计。
