工作职责
1. Oversee HR operations, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. 2. Manage the entire employee life cycle, handling tasks such as contract preparation, employee record maintenance, contract renewals, compensation management, assessment confirmation, and resignation processes. 3. Provide internal HR consultancy to management and staff, addressing a wide range of day-to-day HR needs and offering advice. 4. Support SG HR functions, handling assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion of monthly HR reports and documentation. 5. Demonstrate proficiency in employee benefits, managing claims and reimbursements in adherence to rules and regulations, while ensuring compliance with industrial relations, employee relations, and policies. 6. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned or requested by superiors.

We are looking for an experienced Senior HRBP Leader to support our growing business in Brazil. This role requires someone who can establish strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, lead HR initiatives end-to-end, and build a high-performing HR team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capability, deep business understanding, strategic HR mindset, and the willingness to work hands-on when needed. This role involves relocation/long-term assignment to Brazil, where you will work closely with local teams to build capability, implement HR strategies aligned with local labor policies, and develop a culture of collaboration, performance, and innovation. 1.Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders to support organization growth, workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives. 2.Lead, coach, and develop a local HR team, ensuring high-quality HR delivery aligned with both global standards and Brazil local compliance requirements. 3.Lead HR initiatives and programs specific for business department to support business need, and support in other HR activities if required. 4.Analyze workforce information and employment issues, provide consultations to business department in HR policies and procedures.
