工作职责


- Focus on acquiring new high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and strategic partners to drive significant net new money inflows.
- Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from sourcing and needs assessment to solution delivery and fund onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal product, investment, and trading teams to structure tailored wealth and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong external network, including FAs, EAMs, family offices, entrepreneurs, and distribution partners.
- Actively manage and review the sales pipeline to ensure sustainable and predictable net new money growth.
- Support strategic initiatives and key projects aligned with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.
