任职要求
(1) Educational Background and Professional Knowledge
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
Familiar with the memory industry (including upstream chip manufacturing, midstream module packaging, downstream application markets, etc.), and understand the technical characteristics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
(2) Work Experience and Abilities
8 years or more of the related working experience in marketing and/or sales in the memory industry, with successful cases of developing key customers or achieving major marketing goals is preferred.
Excellent business negotiation skills, communication skills, and customer relationship maintenance skills, able to independently complete business development, negotiation, contract signing, and subsequent maintenance work.
Sharp market perception and business acumen, able to quickly capture market opportunities and formulate effective business development and marketing strategy.
Strong sense of goal and execution ability, able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips (if required).
Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), and have good data mining and analysis capabilities.
