1. Drive platform partnerships and collaboration with external agencies on key issue domains ; 2. Leverage industry research and resources to inform and educate our safety strategy and in-app user safety features to users ; 3. Engage with XFN teams in Brazil to deliver T&S initiatives and programs and contribute from T&S perspective ; 4. Facilitate the information flow between the local and HQ teams and ensure the visibility of progress through timely and appropriate updates ; 5. Build external narratives explaining our values, principles and overall policy/enforcement approach with a view to drive Industry alignment and consensus with key KOF's/KOL's etc. ; 6.Establish external governance and advisory forums with a view to transparency, accountability, and most importantly driving ongoing improvements at the service of our community.
1. Support communications on the corporate and product/business level to better tell the company's story to a global audience including crafting key messages and narratives; develop written materials such as pitches, press releases, presentations, social media posts, among others; 2. Build and expand relations with key stakeholers including reporters/editors from key media outlets as well as KOLs, to enhance their understanding of the company and its businesses; support inquiry and issue handling; 3. Interact with cross-functional teams including different business units and provide informed advice; 4. Project manage key corporate communications initiatives and support other ad-hoc projects.
• Research and collaborate cross-functionally to identify topics for weekly internal communications platform distributed at Greater China-wide corporate sites, Retail stores and factories, including product, services and values information for teams • Working in Apple internal platforms to assist with region-wide employee communications from corporate account • Collating video footage and photographs for video projects • Help with design on Keynote for Greater China-wide Town Hall meetings • Coordinate with cross-functional business partners for Inclusion & Diversity monthly events • Leading Volunteering initiatives, coordinating with Volunteer Guides and Champions across GC • Event planning and support for Fireside Chats

This role focuses on brand narrative development, messaging frameworks, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is a strong brand storyteller and operator who can translate company strategy into clear, consistent messaging and enable teams to communicate effectively at scale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Narrative & Messaging - Own and evolve core brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and positioning documents - Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines and communications playbooks - Ensure consistency of messaging across campaigns, launches, and regions 2. Communications Enablement - Enable internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, HR) with messaging toolkits, FAQs, and talking points - Partner with leadership to shape messaging for company initiatives, announcements, and milestones - Review and guide communications outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards 3. Cross-Functional & Regional Alignment - Partner closely with global brand and marketing teams in the U.S., Europe, and China to align messaging execution - Coordinate communications planning and timelines across teams - Act as a point of alignment for brand communications across functions 4. External Communications Support - Support external communications efforts by providing messaging direction and content support - Review press materials and announcements for brand consistency and clarity 5. Measurement & Optimization - Define qualitative and quantitative indicators for brand communications effectiveness - Review performance data and provide recommendations for messaging improvements
