工作职责
1、负责短视频消费场景中AI+业务应用探索，包括但不限于内容消费、互动等用户体验提升； 2、能够跟踪前沿的AI算法理论，积极学习AI新技术，并且将优秀的算法应用到业务场景中，提升业务效果； 3、具备大模型调优能力，能够进行大模型reasoning能力的相关研究，借助SFT、DPO、self-play等手段，提高模型在代码数学等推理任务上的表现。
