工作职责
1、参与可灵业务风控视觉算法方向的核心研发工作。该岗位聚焦可灵核心产品在图像、视频等多模态内容场景下的风险识别与治理能力建设,围绕可灵核心产品(包括面向 C 端和 P 端消费者的可灵 AI 平台 https://klingai.com、对应的覆盖多个移动平台的端上应用 “可灵 AI”,以及面向 B 端客户的 OpenAPI 等)开展风控 CV 算法研发与工程落地,保障业务在快速发展过程中的内容安全、业务安全与稳定运行; 2、岗位职责覆盖风险视觉理解、识别模型研发、数据体系建设、策略协同与线上效果优化,完成风控算法研发任务和交付上线,持续提升风险内容识别的准确率、召回率、实时性、泛化能力与可解释性; 3、主动发现并分析业务中的新型风险、对抗样本、识别盲区与系统瓶颈,并推动能力迭代和治理优化; 4、深入参与需求收集、风险调研与机制设计环节,并抽象为可落地的算法方案、评估体系和系统能力,设计并执行产品特性与风控能力落地。
